JEOL Group Global Code of Conduct
Based on our corporate philosophy, the JEOL Group Global Code of Conduct embodies our management philosophy of "contributing to scientific progress and social development". The Code of Conduct stipulates the basic principles of corporate activities that all our officers and employees must observe, along with the standards of judgment and behavior that must be observed in various situations as the Group conducts its business activities.
1. Relationship with Society
(1) Dealing with entertainment and gifts
Code of conduct | We comply with relevant laws and regulations and the internal rules of our business partners when entertaining customers or providing and receiving gifts and only do so within the scope of sound business practices and social common sense when it is necessary for our business activities. |
