Polyethylene water dispersion encapsulated in a capsule type holder was observed through an ultra-thin silicon nitride film. The particle morphology and dispersion state were directly confirmed under the vacuum environment of the SEM. Furthermore, the differences in information obtained by varying the landing voltage were elucidated.
