We have developed the new JXA-iSP100 and JXA-iHP200F electron probe microanalyzers (EPMA) based on the concept of "easy and quick local microanalysis with high accuracy".
In addition to useful functions such as SNS, Zeromag, and Livemap, these EPMAs are equipped with revolutionary new features such as advanced integration analysis with our XRF and EDS.
