Formnext 2025
Formnext is the world's largest international exhibition on additive manufacturing and next-generation industrial manufacturing technologies, held annually in Frankfurt, Germany. JEOL will showcase the electron beam metal AM machine “JAM-5200EBM”, which enables mass production of high quality, high reproducibility build, as well as build samples of titanium, Inconel® , and pure tungsten. We will also be demonstrating the “JSM-IT210”Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).

Electron Beam Metal AM Machine (3D Printer) JAM-5200EBM
Metal 3D printer that employs additive manufacturing with powder bed fusion techniques. This 3D printer irradiates the laid metal powders with an electron beam to melt and solidify the powders for fine-structure production. The features of the printer include direct manufacturing of 3D micro-structures, and large-output, high-speed, high-density manufacturing, thus allowing for additive manufacturing with high quality and high reproducibility.

Electron beam output: Maximum 6 kW
JSM-IT210 Scanning Electron Microscope
The JSM-210 is the most compact stationary scanning electron microscope of JEOL.
The newly developed stage is motor-driven for all five axes of movement, making it safer and faster to use.
In addition, the newly equipped "Simple SEM" automatically acquires observation and analysis by simply selecting the field of view. The JSM-IT210 is a new generation SEM that is compact and can be operated unattended.
