JII-29080DMS is a holder station to hold transmission electron microscope (TEM) specimen holders in a vacuum.
A dry environment is achieved by the vacuum evacuation system that includes a turbo molecular pump (TMP) that does not require water cooling and an oil-free auxiliary pump, allowing the specimen holders to be kept in a continuously clean state.
Absorption of gases, such as from the air, can be prevented.
The handling and mounting/dismounting of specimen holders can be performed easily, without errors.
Up to 5 specimen holders can be attached.
EVAC and VENT status can be easily verified with the LED display.
