A research paper by a research group led by Professor Shigeo Maruyama and Associate Professor Rong Xiang, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo has been published in the journal "PNAS" (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America). JEOL employees enrolled in the "Next Generation Electron Microscopy" Social Cooperation Program at School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo, one of our joint research bases, contributed to this research.
