Reagent can be used with any compounds that have diene structures, such as Vitamin D metabolites.
Signal intensity is substantially enhanced through derivatization.
Measurement is performed with great reproducibility after a simple reaction (15 min).
Reagents can be stored at room temperature and prepared reagent is stable for a long time periods at -20℃ or lower.

Quantification kit of four VD metabolites.
- 25(OH)D3, 25(OH)D2, 3-epi-25(OH)D3, 24,25(OH)2D3, in serum can be measured.
- Reagents are ready to use.
- The concentration of the calibrators were determined by qNMR using CRM* as internal standard.
* 1,4 - BTMSB-d4 reference material (FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation) traceable to SI unit.
